I find people going through their transformative process benefit a lot from Reiki 1 to accelerate their healing and expansion.  You become aware of your unique gifts and talents.  People already opened to their abilities find this helpful for expanding and fine-tuning their abilities.  Then it is a personal choice if your interest is in energy healing to move forward.
