Trauma Healing/EMDR
We all have traumas and distressing events if we’re alive today. When you allow yourself to be present with these events and how they are affecting you, tremendous power takes place.
It is not about lying on a couch and endlessly talking about your childhood. I work with varying intensities of trauma and distress. This trauma therapy is efficient and effective. EMDR engages your brain and body to access your memory network.

The time is different for everyone, and it is important to develop your own relationship with healing traumas and distressing events. This is something I will support and guide you through. When trauma memories start to heal there can be a lot of laughter, tears of joy, and relief. That’s probably difficult to imagine now while the memories have a strong control over your day-to-day life.
We are not stuck with our traumas; they become part of our personal evolution.
